    Job Description

    Responsible for the delivery of district business solutions. Prepare project plan to determine time frame, budget, and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and negotiation of available resources to various phases of project.

    Job Description:

    • Develop ongoing operational project plans for the district as directed by the DM
    • Responsible in costing projects
    • Act as a member of implementation team to fulfill project needs; including project specification, process specification, maintenance and training guide
    • Establish work plan for each phase of project and arrange for assignment of project personnel.
    • Formulate and refine scope and objectives of project.
    • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required tasks. Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
    • Establish audit and maintenance programs for all completed projects.
    • Work with Account Managers and Sales to determine project needs and time frame for meeting such needs
    • Train, develop and manage staff working as part of a project.
    • Evaluate Record Center operations and monitor workflow
    • Consistently meet/exceed customer service standards and model exemplary customer service behaviors. Research and resolve service issues and implement solutions
    • Review, evaluate and recommend changes for operational procedures, administrative support, operational procedures and workflow processes
    • Other duties as assigned


    Job Requirements

    • Must be proficient in MS Office. Intimate knowledge of SKP
    • Analytical and project management skills.  Must have the ability to interface with all levels of IM employees.
    • Attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and project management skills  
    • Ability to interact with a variety of people inside and outside the organization
    • Ability to lead, mentor and coach staff
    • Ability to understand and communicate company policies. Ability to coach and train staff.   Ability to problem solve and conflict resolution
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, environment
    • Will be required to travel between facilities
    • Extended knowledge of IMRM’s work flows and internal systems.
    • Prior experience managing people.
