Internally services the customers by maintaining their inventory through performing processes and workflow of Record Centre tasks including filing, retrievals, research, quality control, imaging and any other projects requested.
Responsible for executing services requested by the clients in Iron Mountain facilities within the district.
Responsible for productivity, quality and completion of daily work assigned.
Perform quality control auditing functions.
Research and resolve discrepancies encountered and communicate difficult issues or problems to Supervisor
Checks and adjusts scanner controls to ensure proper image quality according to established guidelines and procedures.
Ability to operate and maintain microfilm scanners and related equipment.
Individual and team responsibility for customer requests and dealing with customers
Research and resolve customer issues, provide suggestions for resolution.
Prepare and process all record center paperwork necessary to accomplish the above processes
Observe all safety procedures and report safety issues
Perform other duties as assigned
High School education with 1 to 3 years experience in a service industry
Attention to detail, ability to read and write, professional communication skills
Ability to interact with a variety of people inside and outside the organization
Strong ability to understand and execute instruction and perform routine problem solving.
Ability to perform repetitive work
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work the shifts provided based on the volume dictated by our business
Tasks involve the ability to exert very moderate physical effort in light work, typically involving some combination of stooping, kneeling and crouching and which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of moderate weight (12-20 pounds).
Ability to work in a fast paced, environment.
Able to work overtime as required
